Can view games and profiles, join sessions, and place bets. Cannot host sessions or manage other members' results.
Prototype status: The first Owner sign-in is checked in this HTML file only. It is not secure authentication: anyone who can inspect the file can discover the demo credentials. No login is saved or sent to a database. Connect a real authentication service before publishing.

Enlistment workflow
Applicants provide their Roblox username. A manager reviews the request and assigns Casino Access, Casino Host, or Casino Manager.
Hosting workflow
Hosts submit their planet, casino name, proposed time, games, and details. Sessions remain pending until the Manager approves or denies them.
Planetary operations
Casino Managers coordinate the casinos assigned to different planets. The department Manager keeps final approval control unless permissions are changed later.
Reports and accounting
Hosts submit post-session reports. Authorized staff can record audited winnings and CSA balances with notes for each adjustment.
